Titaniferous Magnetite

The titaniferous magnetite is na ore of axide in the high ovens of the mettalurgical plant with specific purpuse of protecting the oven and the crucible when it begins to suffer wear because of the overheating. It can be used profilacticaly since the start of the compain of the over.
The titanium ore is basically composed by the intergrowth of two minerals, magnetite and ilmenite, and it is found in the veins and/or lenses inserted in the anorthosite matrix rock.
TITÂNIO GOIÁS has had capacit of production which is located in Santa Bárbara de Goiás about 12,000 to 15,000 tons of narrow gauged material (5-50 min) with the tenor of TiO2 between 20% and 25%.
The company possesses reservations in the state of Bahia in the area of Valencia and in Pernambuco in the in the municipal districit of Floresta.
To guarantee lager agility in the production, the company counts with movable equipamentes of 'britagem', such as the Group Mararoaja and Asteca. These equipments are of easy installation and movement, allowing speed in the displacement for new mines.
